Beautiful, quiet and efficient. I purchased this microwave one week ago. I already knew of its quality and beauty. I've had this one before. Needed new one because of broken door.

I bought this in July of 2018 as part of an appliance package, but did not install until February of 2019. In the middle of July 2019, microwave died. Contacted support and on 8/1 they scheduled a technician to come check it out and considered under warranty, which is nice of them. Maytag scheduled appointment for a Saturday, when the technician does not work on Saturday. I figured it was a mistake and it would be Monday, so I waited to contact tech on Monday. Tech was great, came on 8/5 ordered replacement part that apparently is on back order until 8/25. Hopefully it actually works after part comes in, but it is hard in this day and age to not have a microwave for a month and half. So I guess I'm buying one to get us through, since I have little faith the part will be replaced before September. Do your research, I wish I had read more reviews since Maytag microwaves, especially this model get terrible reviews. You will read about door sensors, control board, light flicker, etc all of which we experienced. If you purchase this boat anchor, better invest in the extended warranty, I'm guessing you are going to need it.

Love this replacement oven.

I had to purchase this when my other oven started malfunctioning. As it was over the range, I had to have Lowe's order it. The light is much better than the other one I had. /the operation is the same too. The only fault I have found is when the light is on for a while the interior of the oven gets very hot-enough to burn you. That is my only complaint.
